    I had a great experience with Onkardeep at the front counter! He served every customer with a warm smile and a positive attitude. It was clear that he genuinely cared about helping everyone, going out of his way to make sure each person felt welcomed and satisfied.     I have been in this Tim Horton’s at Queensborough before I head down to work. Server’s are so polite and very helpful. Always fresh coffees and sandwiches. No problem with the parking. They have a big parking lot .

    This is the best Tim Hortons in the entire country because of 2 people.. Alex and Tessa. The only reason I go to get my latte from here is because of these 2 women. They are the kindest, most loving humans and Tim Hortons is lucky to have them. They make the experience so enjoyable because they infuse their love into every order. Please give them a raise. : )

    We come to this location a lot. It has been a family kitchen for breakfast for many years. Friendly service and choice of food always brings us back. Today is sunny day outside, inside this Tim, we see many beautiful, sunny faces as well, great service. Thank you Rose, Joy and Simran. Great team work and excellent service!

    I have been to the store from drive thru and ordered a coffee the coffee i ordered i got it wasn’t what i ordered i drive back to the store and was so mad for the coffee i got as coffee is the part of canadian to start there day to the work and this girl MANREET with here helping nature came up and gave me a nice new coffee after taking my coffee she apologized for the mistake happened and i walked away and next day i apologized from her being aggravative and ordered same coffee and she again made it so nicely i would really appreciate you kindness and being humble towards with my nature you are outstanding would wish to have coffees made by you or you can guide your co-workers about sometimes how much these coffees are important to the customers once again really thanks alot for your hard work and kindness Regards

    I had a great experience at Tim Hortons in Queensborough! The staff were friendly, quick, and made my order just right. The coffee was fresh, and the baked goods were perfectly warm and delicious. The location is clean and well-maintained, with plenty of seating for a quick bite or coffee break. I also appreciate how efficient they are during busy times – even with a line, the service was smooth and fast. Definitely one of the better Tim Hortons locations I’ve visited. Will be coming back for sure!

    This Tim Hortons location is an absolute gem! Everything is fresh, fast and the service is outstanding!!! The team is absolutely fantastic at everything they do and the hard work of each team member is noticed and very much appreciated! Shoutout to the leads Ana, Rose and the other beautiful manager who have made this Tim Hortons the best in the city 3
